WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS:
- Manufacturing defects
- Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional
- Replacements of screws, elastics, money clips, cash strap, and magnets
OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear
- Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Lost of stolen items
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your PRSVE Inc. product through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers.
Got something that meets our warranty cover replacement? Contact us at customersupport@prsve.com with the following information:
- Pictures of the damaged parts and/or wallet or accessory
- Order number
- First & last name
- Full address (Street number/name, city, state, postal code)
- Phone number
Please note, at time of replacement product and exchange there is a required shipping fee to pay 9.99 USD and no other fees associated after that.
